A keychain/hanger I took from China for me and my friends. I bought it on 25/06/2025 at Hongqiao market in Beijing during my last days in China. It was the first time I haggled in Chinese. I still overpaid but was proud that I managed.
I lost it in November 2025 when I was biking back from my Studio. The keychain hung on my keys and must’ve fallen of during the ride. When I discovered it was gone, I biked all the way back with a flashlight pointed at the road. I couldn’t find it.
Necklace charm with the character of my name one it. I found it in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi provence on 15/06/2025. Jiangxi is the provence I was born, and I wasn’t planning to go there again during my travels but ended up visiting Jingdezhen, so when I found this charm I thought it was meant to be. I kept it save behind my phonecase for a long time.
I lost it on 12/01/2026, when I decided to make this archive. I took the charm inside a small jewelrybox to my studio to photograph it. On the way, it must’ve fallen out of my pocket. I walked back and forth to the studio with a flashlight pointed at the sidewalk. I couldn’t find it.
Ring I bought in China in May 2025. In China there is a lot more silver jewelery which I love. I bought so many rings in China, and still wear many of them. This ring was one I wore every day.
I lost it on 24/01/2026 because of the cold weather. My fingers shrunk and the ring must’ve fallen of during my walk home. When I discovered it was gone I immediately walked back to the bar I came from and back home again. I coulnd’t find it.
