When I left China, I needed had a Chinese passport. This nationality is changed once you are adopted into a family in another country. In the Netherlands, if Dutch people adopt you, you automatically gain a Dutch Nationality and passport. The nationality from the country of adoption is invalid. Dual nationality is not allowed.
